We’re Troy, Stacia, Pierce, Dean, and Smith—a fun-loving family who have owned on Morse Reservoir for 22 years. Troy and I had the very first Short Term Rental on Morse Reservoir in 2014 and we’re excited to be hosting again! You’ll often find our golden retriever Nia Mae and Siberian cat Oakley Mac soaking up the lake life right alongside us.

Welcome to Barefoot Boho Bay at 1060 Nantucket Drive (dock number 324). This 5-bedroom, 3-full-bath home sleeps 18–21 guests with plenty of beds, couches, and sleeper bean bags. Enjoy private 75 feet of direct deep-water frontage in a prime spot on Morse Lake. Our spacious lot offers plenty of parking for multiple cars, a boat trailer, and even an RV.

The waterfront is fully equipped for fun with two boat lifts (4,000 lb and 6,000 lb), four jet-ski lifts, three paddleboards, and a 23' Aqua Glide water trampoline (available May 1st – October 1st). A huge yard gives everyone room to play, while the she-shed, private deck off the master, and 2 other decks for entertaining make it easy to gather. Fire up the Blackstone or regular grill and settle in for lake views and sunsets right from your front-row seat.
